• Please wear hiking boots and warm,  comfortable layers for hiking/ walking / rain jacket.

• Bring some water / snacks as we will stop for a break.

  ***I will provide some herbal ta & treats after.

• Journey to your heart Cacoa ceremony with journalling

• Mediation and followed by hands on energy healing - Reiki

• Sharing & closing circle

• Finished with the Hot Box Sauna / cold plunge ( included in the price)

What to bring:

• Wear comfortable clothes

• Yoga Matt / blanket / pillow (feel free to bring your journal / crystals)

• Swimsuit / Towel / sliders & dry robe
