Workshop details:

  • Welcome chat & centering..

  • Journey to your heart Cacoa ceremony with journalling

  • Mediation and followed by hands on energy healing - Reiki

  • Sharing & closing circle

  • Finished with the Hot Box Sauna / cold plunge ( included in the price)

What to bring:

  • Wear comfortable clothes

  • Yoga Matt / blanket / pillow (feel free to bring your journal / crystals)

  • Swimsuit / Towel / sliders & dry robe

  • Water bottle

Mindfulness & Move Hike at Glendalough, Spinc Trail.


The second hike of 2025.

Do you want to learn to be a little more present, meet new people and learn to unwind your mind?

Let me guide you for the mindful & fun morning to you about mindfulness and how you can bring some tips and tricks into your everyday life, while walking and talking we take in the beautiful  outdoors.

This is a mix of hiking for & walking for 9km which is longer than my normal hikes. It will take just shy of just over 3 hours. Don’t worry we will stop along the way for a refuel, snack and water break.

**Please arrive early to get a parking space as it can fill up quickly at the weekends. Hike starts at 9.30am.

- An intro to what Mindfulness on how you can start using simple techniques into your everyday life.

- Then we will be mindfully walking and chatting and having fun of course.

- Meditation will be near the end and is a perfect introduction to anyone looking to get into meditation.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Please wear hiking boots and warm,  comfortable layers for hiking/ walking .

  • Pack a rain jacket.

  • Bring a backpack for some water / snacks to refuel as we will stop for a break.

    ***I will provide some herbal ta & treats after.

Everyone is most welcome, come alone, with your dog or bring a friend and the lads are welcome too…
