Welcoming my first Self Love Saturday of 2025 on the week of Valentine’s Day.

If you have answered yes…let me guide you on a journey home to your heart and show you how worthy you are of your own love.

Self love is one of the hardest thing to cultivate & accept. Why do we feel we are worthy of it and why do we find it so hard ?

How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you…‘

Workshop details:

• Welcome circle

• Followed by gentle Breath work 

• Journey to your heart Cacoa ceremony

• Mediation and Reiki

• Sharing & closing circle

• Finished with the Hot Box Sauna / cold plunge ( included in the price)

What to bring:

• Wear comfortable clothes

• Yoga Matt / blanket / pillow (feel free to bring your journal / crystals)

• Swimsuit / Towel / sliders & dry robe

• Water bottle
